About Me
I love shoes because they are a perfect combination of two of my artistic passions, which are Fashion and 3D Design.
Growing up in Brazil, I was exposed to the footwear industry at an early age with my uncle, who has been a shoe tradesman for decades.
I moved to San Francisco in 2007 to study 3D Animation and Visual effects, and when the school offered a class in Shoe Design, I decided to give it a try. I also took a semester of Accessories Merchandising, to become more familiar with the business side of the fashion industry.
After that, I was able to get an internship at the Transparent Footwear sampleroom in Guangzhou, China.
